Peanut Butter Fudge
(a Jif recipe)
Line a 9x9 pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. In a large sauce pan, combine butter, sugar, and milk. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly, then continue to boil 5 minutes while still stirring. Add the peanut butter and stir until well blended. Pour the mixture into a heat-proof bowl and beat in the vanilla and marshmallow creme. Pour fudge into prepared pan and allow to cool. Store in a covered container.
